What I'm looking for

I'm eager to leverage my skills in a dynamic team to drive efficiency and impactful results.

At HCL Tech, I contribute to RFP proposals, support production issues, and work on enhancements to meet RBI regulatory requirements. I also engage with clients to share updates and maintain strong relationships.

Previously, as a Business Analyst at HCL Tech, I analyzed and documented requirements, then translated them into FSDs, user stories, and process flows. I supported SIT and UAT, contributed to feature development with cross-functional teams, and provided post-go-live production support for banking applications.
