At Protium Finance, I built Power BI dashboards backed by Snowflake SQL to monitor disbursements, revenue, conversion rates and branch productivity. I also developed a Python and SQL Credit Manager Allocation Engine that used application, branch and manager data to automate manager assignment.
I analyzed credit allocation, workloads and turnaround times to identify capacity imbalances and process bottlenecks across branches. By automating recurring reports and building Excel MIS frameworks, I reduced manual reporting effort by nearly 40%.
At Porter, I built a Python and Streamlit demand–supply forecasting platform that reduced manual planning effort by 60%. I developed a Prophet and XGBoost forecasting model and dashboards for hourly operational monitoring, and ran A/B experiments that improved fulfilment and reduced cancellations.
In my customer analytics project, I integrated seven relational datasets into a validated master dataset of more than 113,000 transaction records. I used SQL for RFM segmentation, funnel and cohort analysis, then created a Looker Studio dashboard and business report with recommendations for decision-makers.
