At Kenya National Highways Authority, I compile, clean, and reconcile project data from site records and contractor reports. I use Excel and Python to prepare monthly and quarterly progress reports for management.
I introduced a daily site-reporting workflow that reduced discrepancies between site records and contractor reports. I also helped save approximately KES 5 million by redesigning a footbridge base around an existing water pipeline and avoiding costly relocation.
In my data science projects, I built a customer churn classifier that reached ROC-AUC 0.845 and developed a farm-yield model with R² = 0.96. I also analysed water-access data for Maji Ndogo and presented the findings in an interactive Power BI dashboard.
Before that, as a Graduate Engineer at Community Road Empowerment, I supported daily site coordination and reporting. The Irinda–Kiraria Road maintenance works were completed two weeks ahead of schedule through task allocation and daily follow-up.
