I am Nakayita Valerie Faith, a dedicated youth based in Uganda with a unique blend of technology and hospitality experience. Currently pursuing a Diploma in Information Technology, I have developed a solid foundation in tech skills while also gaining practical experience in customer service roles. My recent position as a Waitress at Coffee At Last honed my ability to communicate effectively and manage client expectations, ensuring satisfaction and fostering positive relationships.

Previously, I worked as a Booking Consultant at My Travel Port Airlines Uganda, where I was responsible for managing client itineraries and providing tailored recommendations. This role enhanced my problem-solving skills and adaptability, allowing me to thrive in fast-paced environments. I pride myself on my emotional intelligence, which enables me to connect with individuals and address their needs effectively, ultimately contributing to a productive work atmosphere.
