I'm interested in remote Legal Operations and corporate legal roles.

At RSC Salinas Chávez y Abogados, I track approximately 250 active labor-law matters across state and federal electronic platforms and personally manage more than 30 matters for corporate clients, including Telcel, Grupo ENERGEX, and Grupo LM.

I draft and review labor-law documents, monitor procedural deadlines, and handle employment matters such as terminations, settlements, and rescissions under Mexican law. I also communicate directly with corporate clients about case updates and next steps.

In my independent trademark practice, I manage registrations before the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI), from application through registration, with approximately 10 trademarks registered. Earlier, I supported legal pleadings, researched trademarks, and prepared reports with notaries across Latin America.
