I seek a leadership role in security operations or threat analysis where I can lead teams, modernize security technology, secure stakeholder buy-in, and drive measurable improvements in safety and emergency preparedness.

I am a security operations leader with 15+ years of experience protecting healthcare campuses and directing high-performing teams. I have served as a Threat and Risk Analyst at UT Health Houston and an Associate Threat and Risk Analyst at MD Anderson, and I led Memorial Hermann's security operations for 12 years, managing 25 officers and a $2M operating budget while delivering projects on time and within budget. I conceived systemwide recognition and safety programs adopted across the health system and led initiatives — from active shooter drills to a $250K HAWK crosswalk installation — that measurably improved safety.

I configure and manage security technologies (C-CURE 9000, Avigilon, Pelco, Milestone) and hold NIMS/ICS certifications and CHPA credentials.
