I'm looking to lead enterprise security, risk, governance, and compliance programs that enable secure growth across complex higher education, healthcare, or research environments.

I've led enterprise information security and IT risk management at the University of Texas at Tyler, supporting academic, healthcare, and research operations.

I build governance frameworks aligned with NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CIS Controls, and Texas requirements, eliminating audit findings and strengthening compliance.

I led the merger of UT Tyler and UT Health Science Center at Tyler security organizations and helped secure the launch of the UT Tyler School of Medicine. I also supported the UT Health East Texas joint venture and integration of East Texas Medical Center.

I've strengthened cloud, identity, threat detection, incident response, third-party risk, and AI governance through programs using Microsoft security platforms, Proofpoint, CyberArk EPM, Splunk, and other enterprise tools.
