I’m looking to lead customer support and customer success teams, coach performance using KPIs, and improve processes—while owning retention, account handling, and order tracking—to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences.

I’m a Customer Support Team Lead with over 7 years of progressive experience, advancing from Customer Support Executive to Senior Support Executive, Assistant Team Lead, and currently Team Lead for more than 2.5 years. I oversee team operations, ensure seamless customer support, and resolve client issues related to account management and order tracking.

At Milk and More UK, I manage team operations and maintain performance records (daily, weekly, monthly). I coach the team, monitor KPIs, conduct team meetings, onboard new customers, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Previously, I served as a Customer Success and Sales Manager at AAA Associate, leading retention through proactive support and strong client relationship management. I also owned sales operations—prospecting, pitching, and closing deals—while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and improve customer engagement.
