What I'm looking for
I’m a UI/UX designer with hands-on experience shipping production screens for enterprise SaaS products. I lead end-to-end interaction and visual design—delivering complete feature modules like event definition flows and ticket & support management with multiple design variants for evaluation before engineering handoff.
At Octopix, I designed user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for event configuration, rule-setting, and status management. I also built the Ticket & Support pages from scratch—customer complaint intake, status tracking, and full conversation/resolution history—using component-driven design in Figma with reusable components, design tokens, and consistent type scale.
Previously, I brought systems thinking from Amazon into design work, and I’ve repeatedly set structure where content or workflows are dense. I led end-to-end design of a 95-page institutional publication for the Indian Navy (INS Jamuna), applying rigorous information architecture, typographic systems, and modular grid layouts; I also create brand and conversion-focused experiences where UX principles directly improve engagement and recall.
