I manage backend data for U.S. pharmaceutical Patient Support Programs on behalf of an Israel-based client, researching copay cards, patient assistance programs, bridge programs, and other savings programs. I keep a centralised program database current by monitoring source websites for eligibility, coverage, and enrollment updates.
I map fillable PDF enrollment forms in Adobe Acrobat for patient-data auto-population, deliver ad-hoc bulk-update and platform-rollout projects, and maintain Google Sheets and Excel trackers with Gantt charts. I also built an internal project and a custom AI skill using Claude/LLM tools, drawing on my Biotechnology and Microbiology background.
