What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an opportunity in Medical Coding and RCM where I can apply my hands-on experience in Authorization, EV/BV, insurance verification, ICD-10 and CPT coding, and healthcare revenue cycle processes while continuing to develop my professional skills.

At Credence Resource Management, I handle authorization processing, from verification and submission through follow-up and status tracking under payer guidelines. I review patient and insurance information and document cases to support timely, accurate processing.

I coordinate with payers and internal teams on authorization status, pending requests, and required documentation. I also review ICD-10 diagnosis codes and CPT procedure codes to support authorization processing.

I use Salesforce, LIMS, MGML, Gliding, and Infinx for case processing and documentation, along with payer portals including Availity, UHC, Aetna, BCBS, and Evicore.

At Ifedora Services Pvt Ltd, I handled healthcare RCM, EV/BV, and authorization cases across Rheumatology and Oncology. I also worked with Veradigm/Allscript, OncoEMR, and Practice Fusion; I’m seeking an opportunity in Medical Coding and RCM.
