Vaishnavi Kadam

I’m an engineering graduate who transitioned into data analytics through self-directed learning. I focus on turning messy data into reliable insights using Python and SQL, and I’m especially motivated by building practical BI dashboards and ML-driven predictions.

In my work, I manage end-to-end ETL pipelines, including data cleaning, preprocessing, and query optimization. I pay close attention to data integrity—handling missing, duplicate, and infinite values—and I design outputs that stakeholders can actually act on.

I’ve built Power BI dashboards with KPI tracking and data modeling using DAX, connecting business questions to clear visualizations. I also develop machine learning models such as Logistic Regression, using preprocessing techniques like StandardScaler and LabelEncoder, and I evaluate results to improve performance.

My internship experience in industrial controls strengthened my discipline with testing, reporting, and communicating progress to technical teams. I’m committed to leveraging data-driven decision-making, and I’m available to join immediately for data analyst or tech-operations roles where I can contribute quickly and grow.
