At ManpowerGroup, I lead end-to-end AI hiring automation across candidate understanding, role matching, ranking, selection workflows and post-selection assessment. I design agentic workflows with LangGraph, RAG and GraphRAG, and build production systems on Azure with Cosmos DB and Snowflake.
Previously at EMB Global, I led cloud-native AI modernization and delivered multi-agent learning, SaaS infrastructure, and GCP edge-AI platforms. I introduced CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code automation that reduced release-cycle time by approximately 40%.
I've also built legal-tech and fintech platforms as a founding engineer, including Azure OpenAI document workflows, digital wallet infrastructure, and governed AI pipelines. Through AIxWeb Studio, I mentor engineers in RAG, multi-agent systems and cloud-native deployment.
