I’m a results-driven PKI Analyst with 4 years of experience running enterprise Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) operations, certificate security workflows, and identity access processes in mission-critical environments. I focus on operational excellence, security best practices, and continuous improvement that helps keep services reliable and audit-ready.

At HCLTech, I manage end-to-end certificate lifecycle operations—issuance, renewal, revocation, and replacement—using Microsoft ADCS and Sectigo platforms. I administer Certificate Authority (CA) activities, support certificate validation and configuration, and troubleshoot PKI incidents to ensure secure authentication and encryption across enterprise applications.

I also own key Identity & Access Management responsibilities, including Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) administration for user provisioning and de-provisioning, plus access modifications. I manage Active Directory objects (users, security groups, and distribution lists) and support Google Workspace administration using BetterCloud for user lifecycle and access management.

To maintain strong service performance, I monitor and process ServiceNow tickets and service requests with strict SLA adherence, while collaborating with security, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve complex issues. Earlier, as a Network Trainee Engineer, I built foundational networking exposure using Cisco Packet Tracer and strengthened my approach to troubleshooting and structured problem-solving.
