At Ebix Technologies Limited, I work on Loan Management System (LMS) and Loan Origination System (LOS), supporting end-to-end loan lifecycle processes. I gather requirements and translate business needs into SOW, BRD, and FRD documents.
I support delivery across the SDLC, from requirements through testing, and provide functional guidance to development teams and QA testers. I also analyze functional issues with business users and demonstrate product features to prospective clients.
At Credence Analytics, I conducted product demonstrations and POCs for the Investment Management System and served as a subject matter expert for Funds 5.5 and iDeal Wealth and Fund systems. I contributed to the product roadmap and led development of the ETF, Derivative, and VaR modules by defining user stories and acceptance criteria.
I supported UAT and system improvements at Credence Analytics, and built dashboards in Metabase to make information available beyond standard reports. My earlier internships included stock-market research, technical analysis, and finance content creation.
