I review impairment testing across cash-generating units, focusing on discount rates, terminal growth assumptions, and IAS 36 consistency. I also deliver share-based payment valuations under IFRS 2 and purchase price allocation engagements, including the fair valuation of acquired intangible assets.
I work closely with clients to understand business models, management forecasts, and valuation inputs, then prepare clear, defensible valuation memoranda and audit documentation.
