What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote Medical Virtual Assistant role supporting healthcare providers with patient intake, scheduling, EHR documentation, care coordination, and administrative or clinical support.

At E-Plus (Emergency Plus Medical Services / Kenya Red Cross), I deliver emergency clinical care during ambulance response and transport while maintaining timely patient documentation, coordinating handoffs, and supporting pharmacy operations.

I've worked across high-volume accident and emergency, maternity, theatre, and pharmacy settings in Nairobi. I manage triage, maternal and newborn records, prescription processing, patient education, and escalation of high-risk cases.

I'm a KMTC-trained Enrolled Community Health Nurse registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya, and I bring fluent English communication, remote-work readiness, and confidence with EHR systems, MS Office, Google Workspace, Flask, React, SQLite, and Node.js.
