Fridah Naitore

I’m a Licensed Kenya Registered Community Health Nurse (KRCHN) with hands-on clinical experience delivering patient-centered care across medical-surgical, pediatric, maternity, outpatient, and community health settings. I’m committed to safe, timely nursing practice and clear, accurate clinical documentation that teams can trust.

In my volunteer role at Thika Level 5 Hospital, I delivered safe care to 20–30 patients per shift alongside a two-nurse team, maintained 100% accurate and timely clinical documentation, and educated three or more patients and caregivers each shift. I monitored patient progress, escalated clinical concerns promptly, supported admissions/referrals/discharge documentation, and assisted with medication administration using the Five Rights principle.

I bring strong EMR and documentation skills, plus proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace tools, supported by BLS and ACLS certifications. I’m now seeking remote healthcare support, medical documentation, clinical research, or virtual assistant opportunities where I can help patients and support multidisciplinary teams.
