What I'm looking for

I'm looking to own backend and API work end-to-end, from schema design through deployment, monitoring, and disaster recovery, on fintech or SaaS products in a remote-friendly distributed engineering team.

I'm leading engineering for WASAL at Haball, a real-time e-invoicing platform that integrates with Pakistan's FBR and enterprise ERP systems. I own technical decisions, address customer-facing queries, and keep the platform aligned with evolving compliance requirements.

I've built bulk invoice uploads, RabbitMQ-based queue management for high invoice volumes, and FBR integration for secondary invoices. On Haball's Wisaaq financing platform, I developed Node.js and Express.js backend services, designed MySQL schemas, secured financial transactions, and automated disaster-recovery work.

Previously, I built SaaS products including MyContentHub and WorkinAus using Node.js, PHP, MongoDB, MySQL, React, AWS Lambda, and GitHub Actions. I enjoy owning API design from schema through deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.
