What I'm looking for

I want to build impactful backend and full-stack systems, and ship GenAI/agentic features that solve real team pain. I’m looking for a product-focused team where performance, clean design, and fast iteration matter.

I’m a Software Engineer (SDE-1) who turns messy workflows into fast, reliable systems. At PeopleStrong, I optimized Excel report generation using JDBC streaming and Aspose LightCells with ExecutorService parallelism and Kafka load management—plus I revamped payslip PDF generation to cut processing time for 30k employees from 1hr to 10mins.

I also build practical AI features that teams can use immediately, like an AI chatbot (Flutter + Python) that helps support staff retrieve playbook information. Earlier, I shipped full-stack product features with Spring Boot, NextJS (TypeScript), and SQL, and in projects I’ve created agentic workflows with TiDB, Dify AI, LangGraph/LangChain, and multi-agent systems that transform Elasticsearch error logs into GitHub PRs and Slack notifications.
