At St. Anna Children's Cancer Research Institute, I established a human mesenchymal stem-cell platform to model Ewing sarcoma progression, including lentiviral delivery in 3D spheroid culture. I study how hypoxia and anchorage shape stem-cell differentiation across CCRI, Medical University of Vienna, and BOKU collaborations.
Previously, I mapped A-to-I RNA editing in mice at Max Perutz Laboratories and developed CRISPR-Cas9 kinase knockouts and IRF activation assays at CeMM. My work combines stem-cell biology, cancer research, RNA biology, genomics, and molecular assay development.
