At Alstom Transport, I provide technical governance for rail transit mechanical systems, defining supplier specifications, managing interfaces, reviewing CAD, and resolving production-line issues. I lead engineers while driving improvements in carbody, structural, and chassis assemblies.
Previously at Mahindra & Mahindra and Caterpillar India, I owned NPD, chassis design, vehicle integration, structural validation, engineering changes, and production handover for tractors and railroad machines. I've developed DVPs with MBD teams, led Critical Design Reviews, created ASME Y14.5 GD&T drawings, and standardized more than 50 components to reduce assembly BOM complexity.
