I developed the Mobile & Computer Maintenance Management System, supporting workflows from device intake through repair tracking and return. I added user roles and permissions, device reports, and Excel export.

For this system, I also implemented Arabic and English interfaces, including right-to-left layout for Arabic, and maintained and debugged its functionality.

For Sadeel Multimedia Production Company, I developed an online customer order management system covering order processing, progress tracking, customer notifications, and delivery. It included role-based access and multilingual support for both the interface and content.
