I’m a Registered Nurse with 5+ years of clinical experience across Hemodialysis, SICU, and Critical Care Nursing. In my hemodialysis role, I deliver dialysis care focused on patient safety and comfort—monitoring vital signs, fluid balance, and vascular access sites—while maintaining infection control and unit hygiene. I also operate and troubleshoot Fresenius hemodialysis machines and educate patients and families on renal disease management, diet, and lifestyle modifications.

I’m equally experienced in high-acuity ICU care, managing critically ill patients requiring ventilator support and continuous monitoring, including ABG interpretation and emergency interventions. I bring leadership through supervising nursing staff, supporting unit workflow and scheduling, and ensuring compliance with patient safety and hospital standards; my approach is evidence-based, documentation-driven (including EMR and clinical reporting), and centered on advocacy for patients and families. I’m now seeking a Charge Nurse position in the Dialysis/Hemodialysis Department to leverage renal nursing leadership and deliver measurable improvements in nephrology service quality.
