What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity to grow in dentistry, support patients with oral hygiene and treatment coordination, and contribute as a responsible, organized, team-oriented professional.

I'm currently supporting patient oral health at PruDent Pro Sh.p.k in Prishtina through professional teeth cleaning, plaque and tartar removal, and oral hygiene education.

I take dental X-rays, report observations to dentists, and help coordinate treatment planning and patient care. I'm completing a Bachelor Degree in Dentistry at Alma Mater Europaea Rezonanca College.

I also worked as a Call Centre Agent at Solutions Care Center, answering customer questions, resolving complaints, processing requests and payments, and sharing information about orders, accounts, and appointments.

I bring strong communication, organization, planning, decision-making, and teamwork skills, alongside proficient English and Albanian language skills.
