I've designed product concepts including CLARITY for CRED subscribers, reimagined Zoom for Education, and a privacy-conscious WhatsApp Birthday Memory feature.
For CLARITY, I ran a 34-response survey and six user interviews, built personas and journey maps, and created high-fidelity screens and a working Figma prototype within CRED's premium design system.
My work spans user research, problem framing, information architecture, wireframing, high-fidelity UI, design systems, and functional prototyping in Figma and React/TypeScript. I use Notion to document prototype journeys, KPIs, and product roadmaps.
Before product design, I ran House of Wraps end to end and worked across hospitality, sales, operations, and community storytelling. Those experiences shaped how I approach customer experience, service standards, coordination, and practical problem-solving.
