At BINA INTERNATIONAL, I progressed from Production Associate to Senior Event Owner and Production Operations Anchor, delivering international conferences across Europe. I developed programmes, engaged speakers and sponsors, and coordinated conference logistics and execution.
As Interim Head of Production for BINA INTERNATIONAL and SEVA Pharma, I directed team priorities, production timelines, and operational requirements across concurrent conferences. I also led and mentored a production team, developing SOPs, trackers, and workflows.
My work included building relationships with 600+ speakers and 100+ sponsor engagements, and directing attendee logistics for 1,800+ participants. Earlier, as General Manager | Internship at ADORE EARTH, I managed operational activities, supported SOP development, and coordinated webinars with international students and global participants.
