I'm an 18-year-old Management Trainee based in India with experience supporting day-to-day business operations in the shipping industry. My role has given me exposure to project coordination, documentation, client and vendor communication, data management, and administrative processes. Working in a fast-paced environment has taught me how to stay organized, adapt quickly, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail.

I enjoy learning new skills and challenging myself with unfamiliar tasks. Since starting my career, I've made it a priority to understand every process I'm involved in rather than simply completing assigned work. This mindset has helped me build confidence, improve my problem-solving abilities, and develop a strong sense of responsibility.

Although my professional background began in shipping, my long-term goal is to build a career in marketing, branding, advertising, fashion, and beauty. I'm especially interested in understanding consumer behavior, creating meaningful brand experiences, developing creative campaigns, and helping businesses connect with their audiences. I believe that combining analytical thinking with creativity leads to the most effective marketing strategies.

I'm currently expanding my knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, social media, and brand management while looking for opportunities where I can continue learning through real-world experience. I value collaboration, open communication, and continuous improvement, and I enjoy working with people who are passionate about building great products and brands.
