What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an Operations Coordinator or Administrative role where I can use my experience coordinating teams, planning tasks, managing event logistics, tracking progress, and handling client communication.

I've supported operations for ILLUMINAVI, helping deliver 5+ college events from planning and vendor coordination through event-day logistics. I managed participant registrations with zero errors during busy periods and created checklists, instructions, and message templates for future teams.

At Infoskaters Technologies, I independently sourced, communicated with, and negotiated with a client to close a ₹39,000 deal. I used Apollo, Hunter.ai, Facebook Ad Library, email, WhatsApp, and DMs to identify and engage potential clients.

I've also led a 10-member volunteer team at Astrengung United, running daily briefings, assigning work, tracking progress, and escalating issues early. I'm looking to bring my coordination, administrative, event, and client-handling experience to an operations-focused role.
