I’m an Operations and Product Data Assistant with experience managing product records, customer inquiries, payment tracking, and inventory-related workflows within a handicraft business environment. I maintain accurate records of customer payments, worker salaries, outstanding balances, and daily business transactions using spreadsheets.

I help customers identify and compare handicraft products based on design, pricing, and customer requirements, while coordinating pricing discussions and sales transactions with clear communication. I also review product information and business records to minimize inconsistencies and support day-to-day operations independently, including documentation, transaction tracking, and query handling.
