At Smith Family, I adapt my communication and activities to support children's different personalities, abilities, and developmental needs. I work with children, families, and coworkers to maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive environment.

When situations change, I observe behavior, identify individual needs, and adjust my approach. I build trusting relationships through active listening and consistent communication.

At Southern New Hampshire University, I completed research and written assignments on psychology, human behavior, and social science, and participated in presentations and group projects. I'm interested in learning Human Capital Management, business analysis, and HR technology through structured training, certification, and hands-on learning.
