I’m looking to grow in a dynamic organization where I can apply my communication and public relations skills, deliver excellent customer care, and contribute to measurable results through reporting and data-informed insights.

I’m an adaptable and enthusiastic recent graduate with a degree in Mass Media and Communication, focused on using strong communication, cultural sensitivity, and a drive for positive change to support the teams I join.

In my Public Relations and Customer care internship at the University Teaching Hospital of Kigali, I provided compassionate, efficient service to patients and families, helped people navigate appointments and procedures, and maintained accurate records of interactions and feedback. I also handled patient complaints by working toward clear solutions, while collaborating with medical staff and other departments to support seamless care.

As a Public Relations and Communication Intern at the Ministry of Public Service and Labor, I helped coordinate successful events by managing guest lists, invitations, and logistics. I supported the PR team with administrative organization, contact databases, and project tracking, and monitored media coverage to produce reports that analyze the impact of PR efforts.

Alongside these roles, I work as a Freelancer Architectural Designer, translating client requirements into functional, aesthetically pleasing designs and preparing detailed blueprints and technical drawings using CAD tools. I bring creativity and attention to detail, and I’m also interested in data analytics and data visualization, using tools like Microsoft Office and platforms for content creation and digital marketing.
