I’m a dedicated and compassionate BS Clinical Psychology graduate with practical experience in child psychology, behavioral counseling, and therapeutic interventions. Through professional internships at Fountain House Lahore and Bright Therapeutic Center, I gained hands-on exposure to psychological assessment, child behavioral management, play therapy, and mental health support.

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients manage anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and interpersonal issues. I conduct Mental Status Examination (MSE), case history taking, DSM-5 based diagnosis, and develop individualized treatment plans, while assisting senior psychologists in group therapy, providing one-on-one counseling, and administering psychometric tests. I’m passionate about creating a safe, confidential, non-judgmental environment, reducing mental health stigma, and improving community well-being—while aiming to specialize in trauma therapy and lead mental health awareness initiatives.
