What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my cross-border payments, investigation, reconciliation, and operational-control experience to improve payment resolution, reduce exceptions, and strengthen global workflows.

I've managed SWIFT payment investigations across European markets and 12 APAC countries, resolving cross-border EUR and GBP payment exceptions, returns, recalls, value-date issues, and correspondent banking traces. I also led the migration of payment-investigation operations from Singapore, establishing controls, workflows, SOPs, and knowledge transfer.

At NCR Atleos, I analyze billing, settlement, and reconciliation data to resolve exceptions and improve controls, recovering approximately $2M in lost revenue through card-count analysis and billing corrections. I've also cleared a three-year reconciliation backlog through Excel-based automation and matching logic.
