I’m a Senior Financial Analyst focused on CIB Payments Operations, MIS and ISO case types. In my current role, I create and deliver 18+ daily BAU reports for operational tracking and performance monitoring, and I’ve worked on four projects delivered to successful implementation with inquiry reduction and automation.

Previously, I handled payment life cycle verification and payment investigations for case types including UTA, Recall, BCNR, OFAC, AML, and Fraud, using SWIFT/Fedwire workflows. I also supported Accounts Receivable responsibilities like Revenue Cycle Management, Denial Management, and payment posting, with follow-ups and appeals for Low pay/UCR.
