At CONVO, embedded with XTEL, a Kantar company, I lead product design for the trade promotion platform global consumer-goods companies use to plan and settle promotional spend.

I own the design system, core planning and execution redesigns, and the AI assistant interaction layer. I built WCAG 2.2-based Figma libraries, rebuilt the shared data-grid standard, and specified nine AI patterns for slow, incorrect, or unhelpful model responses.

I’ve run 36 user interviews and a release-by-release UX audit programme with 85 tracked findings. I work closely with engineering and read the code my designs ship into because I’d rather build patterns that survive implementation than ones that only look good in a screenshot.
