As a Technical & Design Operations Assistant at A.Z Arts and Prints, I produce customised engravings and printed materials for government and security clients, managing full production cycles from design to delivery. I operate and maintain design software (CorelDRAW, Photoshop) to create client-ready artwork, and I handle equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting to reduce downtime. I also coordinate daily production schedules, document equipment logs, and consistently meet tight client deadlines.

I’m actively seeking a remote role in technical support, digital design, data entry, or operations where I can add immediate value through accurate documentation and problem-solving. With industry-standard design tools, Microsoft Office, and IoT fundamentals from training, I’m ready for asynchronous workflows, video calls, and fast onboarding.
