At Tata Consultancy Services, I owned the lifecycle of two Oracle Agile PLM applications used by up to 2,000 people across Europe and the US. I ran ITIL incident, major incident, problem, and change management in ServiceNow, maintaining SLA compliance above 95%.
I led high-priority incidents to resolution and drove root-cause analysis and corrective actions to reduce repeat issues and MTTR. I also owned Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, including RTO/RPO targets, DR drills, and runbooks.
I delivered IT projects from planning through go-live and transition to operations using Scrum and Waterfall. I also led a three-year CAPA programme across teams in India, the US, and Europe, and completed an MBA at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management in 2026.
