Umang Manandhar

I’m a BBM graduate with a strong passion for the banking field. I’ve built a foundation through internships and training focused on how banking operations work day to day.

Through my internship at Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited in the HR department, I gained practical exposure to professional environments. I also volunteered with TEDx Baneshwor and AIESEC in Kathmandu, which strengthened my communication and teamwork.

I completed training including General Banking Operation (2 Days) and Customer Service Training (1 Day). I also received Introduction to Startup Thinking and Entrepreneurship (3 Days), along with additional exposure to mystery shopping in the banking sector to assess service quality and compliance.

I’m looking to contribute these skills and experiences in an entry level role in banking or the business sector, while continuing to learn and grow professionally. I’m particularly motivated by customer-focused banking work and process-oriented operations.
