Through my internship as a Customer Service Representative at Prabhu Bank Limited, I supported front-desk operations and assisted customers with banking inquiries. I maintained professional communication with clients and staff while handling documentation and administrative tasks efficiently.

I bring practical strengths in communication, administrative support, data handling, and client relationship management. I enjoy turning everyday operations into actionable improvements through problem-solving, adaptability, and teamwork.
