I've delivered Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform implementations for Deloitte, Grant Thornton, EY, and Capgemini, spanning Field Service, Customer Service, Sales, and employee onboarding.
At Deloitte, I build PCF controls and Power Automate workflows for Liebherr Field Service, enabling signed on-site reports, PDF generation, and multilingual customer notifications. I also develop Dataverse Web API queries, resolve plugin and integration issues, and support managed deployments through Azure DevOps and PAC CLI.
I've built C# plugins, JavaScript customizations, Power Apps, and AI Builder-based document processing solutions, translating business requirements into scalable Dataverse architectures. I'm progressing toward a Solution Architect path while continuing to lead implementation work through deployment, UAT, and hyper-care.
