I’m an automation-focused engineer building production-grade AI and workflow systems for service businesses. I design end-to-end automations for lead capture, appointment handling, follow-ups, and reporting, with an emphasis on measurable revenue and operational efficiency improvements.

In my contract role, I built multi-step automation workflows with Make.com, Zapier, and API integrations, turning webhook-triggered pipelines into lead → follow-up → conversion systems. I implemented SMS-based engagement workflows using Twilio-style messaging logic, integrated third-party services with REST APIs and authentication, and applied OpenAI and Claude for automated responses, data enrichment, and workflow decision logic.

Earlier, I worked as a Data Analyst & CRO Strategist, where I increased conversion rate by 10% by identifying funnel bottlenecks and improving them with data-driven changes. I also built A/B testing pipelines that improved add-to-cart rates by 8%, and developed automated tracking systems to measure user behavior and revenue impact, supported by Python, SQL, analytics pipelines, and dashboards.
