At Eicore Technologies Pvt Ltd, I worked on HealthBuzz, a health insurance management suite for Manipal Cigna Health Insurance. I implemented change requests and enhancements across policy and endorsement modules using C#, ASP.NET Web Forms, and MS SQL Server.
I also managed environment-specific code changes across UAT, Staging, and Production, and pushed updates via GitLab for merge and controlled release. I tested functionality against defined test cases and resolved JIRA defects, providing L1 and L2 support.
Previously, at Mphasis Limited, I provided application and production support for enterprise web applications. I troubleshot application and database issues, prepared SQL data patching scripts, and contributed to enhancements and bug fixes using C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API, and SQL Server.
