What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and support enterprise web applications, contribute across backend, database, and frontend layers, solve production issues, and work closely with clients and cross-functional teams.

I've built and supported enterprise insurance and HMO applications at Acess Meditech, working across policy, billing, and reporting modules.

I develop RESTful APIs and application features using C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, SQL Server, and Angular. I've maintained more than 12 APIs and integrated frontend modules with backend services.

On Gulf General Insurance Co., I own development and production support, investigating issues across Web API, database, and application layers. I work directly with client stakeholders to take solutions from requirements analysis through deployment.

I've resolved 90+ production issues and helped reduce recurring-issue turnaround time by about 45%. I also optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to improve reporting performance and application reliability.
