I am a dedicated professional with a background in biology and extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles. My journey began with a Master’s degree in Plant Science and Biotechnology from the University of Nigeria, which has equipped me with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. I have honed my skills as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Austin Peay State University, where I not only taught students but also evaluated their assignments, ensuring a high standard of education.

Currently, I serve as a Secretary and Customer Service Representative at Raka Tax and Financial Services, where I manage customer inquiries, process insurance quotes, and maintain databases. My ability to multitask and communicate effectively has allowed me to tailor solutions to meet customer needs while ensuring smooth operations. I am passionate about providing excellent service and am always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
