I’m a Product Manager with a distinctive edge at the intersection of education, technology, and human-centred design. I combine five years of product management experience— including B2B fintech product ownership and digital learning platform delivery—with seven years of frontline education and NGO program management.
In fintech, I own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Tranzakt, a B2B payment platform that helps merchants generate collection and payment links, manage invoicing, and process real-time settlements into linked accounts. I led the discovery, design, and end-to-end launch of the Wallet Feature, and I manage a bill payment suite that reduces friction for zero-signup transactions.
I also strengthen delivery and decision-making through tools and practice: administering ClickUp for cross-functional workflow coordination, monitoring feature rollouts with Growthbook, and producing clear PRDs, user stories, and feature specs to align engineering, stakeholders, and support. At TechZebra, I translated requirements into user stories, ran user research and A/B testing, and championed UX improvements based on usability findings.
My education background (B.A.Ed in English Education) and my pursuit of a Masters in Educational Psychology keep me grounded in how people learn, what barriers exist, and how technology can close those gaps. Across digital learning and community programs, I’ve facilitated user research, supported adoption-focused iterations, and managed donor-aligned reporting and impact assessments—work I bring directly into EdTech product outcomes.
