I’m a finance professional with 6+ years of progressive experience spanning external audit (KPMG, PKF), financial advisory for start-ups, and FP&A leadership. I’m currently a Deputy CFO / Senior FP&A Specialist at SneaksUp, where I lead a 20-person accounting team and report on budgets of approximately €150 million. I combine audit rigor with commercial insight to support finance and CFO-level decision-making.
In my current role, I own monthly, quarterly, and yearly actuals-vs-budget analysis, income and expense analysis, and KPI tracking to guide company-wide decisions. I also manage cash flow through monthly and annual transaction analysis, and oversee internal audit progress and follow-up on findings. Earlier in my career, I delivered CFO advisory and management reporting for start-up clients, maintained US-based client accounts using QuickBooks under US GAAP, and led audit teams (5–6 professionals) across complex IFRS engagements.
