Delivered cross-border financial reporting for international clients under IFRS, UK GAAP, and US GAAP. Served as primary advisor on Turkish accounting regulations and tax compliance, managing multi-client workflows to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.

Led finance operations across 6 countries, managing team delivery of monthly reporting, payroll, and cash flow. Drove ERP transformation (Xero to Microsoft Dynamics 365) and led acquisition accounting workstream for Orderlord, including intercompany structuring and FX valuations.

Prepared monthly investor presentations and KPI dashboards using Power BI and Tableau for C-suite and investor audiences. Supported iyzico’s acquisition by PayU with M&A due diligence and later migrated post-acquisition reporting to Cognos.

Produced monthly management accounts for 2 restaurant chains across 45+ locations. Managed cost accounting with Micros POS, built profitability analysis for new site evaluations, and collaborated with HR to implement a bonus framework for area managers.
