At Sinch Cloud Communication Services India Pvt. Ltd., I support enterprise communication platforms and mission-critical SMS applications, including products such as Axiom and custom applications.

I manage technical support and deployment activities for enterprise banking clients, including HDFC Bank and AU Small Finance Bank. I handle critical production incidents and support pre-deployment, deployment, and post-deployment work.

My work includes administering RHEL and CentOS servers, configuring web and application servers, and remediating vulnerabilities. I also develop Bash scripts to automate operational monitoring.
