What I'm looking for
I am a dynamic public health nurse, midwife, and nurse educator with over 17 years of experience improving RMNCAEH+N outcomes in Nigeria. I combine clinical leadership with programmatic expertise to strengthen health systems and provider performance.
My work spans field implementation in Ebonyi State with partners including Jhpiego, WHO, and BreakthroughACTION Nigeria, where I led provider capacity strengthening, quality improvement, and data-driven adaptive learning.
I have designed and supervised MEL systems using tools such as ODK and DHIS2, led data quality assessments and dashboards, and supported institutionalization of QoC indicators for decision-making.
As a clinician and educator, I have managed maternity and paediatric services, delivered BEmONC/CEmONC care, and trained nurses and midwives in competency-based practices, mentorship, and respectful maternity care.
